Empowering therapy for personal growth and healing.
I am a fully qualified psychotherapist with a BSc in Counselling and Psychotherapy from Middlesex University. I hold pre-accredited status with the Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP) and I am currently completing a Master’s in Child and Adolescent Psychotherapy.
I provide a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences at your own pace. My approach is warm, compassionate, and tailored to each client’s individual needs.
I am currently welcoming new clients aged 18 and over, as well as young people aged 14+.
If you are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply need a space to talk, I am here to support you on your journey towards healing and growth.
To be centred is to feel grounded, present, and aligned with who you truly are. It’s about finding that inner balance even in the face of life’s many demands and being able to respond to the world from a place of self-awareness and authenticity. At My Centred Self, I aim to help you reconnect with that space within you — the centred self that holds clarity, resilience, and purpose.
