All sessions are 50 minutes in length and are offered both in-person (Conrmarket Square, Limerick City) and online via secure video call. You can choose the format that feels most comfortable and accessible for you.

As a qualified counsellor currently working towards full accreditation with the Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP), I aim to keep my fees reasonable and accessible.
